Purpose of Jietai color sorter:

Routine maintenance and servicing method of Jietai color separator:
1. Make sure that the glass in front of and behind the sorting box of the color sorter is clean. It is recommended to connect the dust collector to the dust collector of the color sorter, and clean the air inlet every half a month to see if it is blocked,
For example, the glass can be wiped clean with alcohol.
2. The dust cleaning brush shall be cleaned in time after the color selection every day and replaced every six months.
3. If the slide is not used for a long time, it needs to be covered to avoid dust or birds. Otherwise, it will jump when working.
4. Check whether there are loose screws and connectors inside and outside the color sorter, such as the screws near the vibrator and connectors in the sorting box. If they are loose, tighten them.
5. For vulnerable parts, such as filter element, pressure reducing valve, dust cleaning brush, skin scraping, etc., if they are worn, they need to be replaced in time.
6. When using the air compressor, please vent the gas and condensate, keep away from dust as far as possible in the working environment, and clean the suction port frequently;
7. Please ensure that your air compressor does not lack the stability of the phase (three-phase power AC380V, 50Hz) color sorter voltage (two-phase power a0220v50hz);
8. If your screw machine does not operate 24 hours, do not start the screw machine with the key in the morning. If the indoor temperature is less than minus 5 degrees, start it in the following way. At the same time, it is recommended to use electricity to assist in heating until the temperature in the chassis reaches above O "C before starting it:
（1） After the startup panel displays until loading or loading delay, press the stop button to stop (do not press the emergency stop) and operate again after an interval of two minutes;
（2） Restart the machine until it is loaded, and wait for another two minutes;
（3） Press the start key to start the screw machine normally.
9. Maintenance method of color separator in North and South regions:
South China: ① the humidity in South China is high. It is recommended that the customer install two moisture filters;
② Timely check the internal drainage of filter and color separator, and replace the filter element irregularly;
③ The user shall drain water at least once every 2 hours according to the on-site color sorter conditions, otherwise the water will enter the color sorter, which will shorten the service life of the machine;
North: ① the color sorter shall be started up and preheated 30 minutes in advance, and the working environment shall be maintained above +5 ℃;
② In winter, each ball valve shall be opened slowly to prevent the pipeline from freezing due to high-speed air flow;
③ After the production of Jietai color separator, the residual gas and water in each equipment shall be drained in time to prevent icing;
